IWBF Europe has announced that the 2024 U23 Men’s European Championship will be held in Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid, Spain, from June 24 to 29, 2024, hosted by the Federación Española de Deportes de Personas con Discapacidad Física (FEDDF).
This championship will serve as a qualification tournament for the 2025 Men’s U23 World Championship.
Seven teams—Spain, Great Britain, Germany, Israel, Italy, Poland, and Türkiye—will compete for one of the five zonal spots in the u23 World Championships.
Update 06/06/2024 – Portugal withdrew from the Championship.
NB. The 2024 Women’s U25 European Championship, originally planned to take place the same week of the Men U23 European Championship, had to be cancelled due to a low number of participating countries
