Revenue at HCL Technologies Ltd. rose 6.0% in constant currency in its fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31. The Noida, India-based IT services firms recorded growth in the Americas and Europe.
Americas revenue rose 9.2% year over year in constant currency in the fourth quarter and represented 65.2% of revenue. Europe revenue rose 5.7%, while rest-of-world revenue fell 11.3%.
Amid industry verticals, “telecommunications, media, publishing and entertainment” posted the fastest year-over-year revenue growth at 39.2%.
Total headcount was 227,481, a net addition of 1,537 year over year. The percentage of employees who are women is 29.1%.
The company forecast revenue will grow between 3.0% and 5.0% in constant currency in fiscal 2025.
Shares in HCL Technologies closed down 2.01% on Friday in India to INR 1,473.85 (USD 17.69). Shares were 13.17% below their 52-week high. The company has a market cap of INR 3.99 trillion (USD 47.8 billion).
