Broja wanted by clubs across Europe and Saudi Arabia as Chelsea drop asking fee

AC Milan are one of a number of clubs that are eyeing up a potential swoop for Chelsea striker Armando Broja, talkSPORT understands.

Broja is one of several homegrown talents that could leave the Blues this summer, with the west Londoners lowering their demands for the 22-year-old.

talkSPORT understands there is interest in the centre-forward with Monaco, AC Milan, Stuttgart, Wolves, Everton and Crystal Palace all keen on the youngster.

It is further understood that Broja, who has scored just three goals in 38 matches for Chelsea, could move to the Saudi Pro League where former transfer chief Michael Emenalo is the director of football.

However, Fulham are not in the race to sign the Albania international after taking him on loan in the second half of the season this year.

He only made eight appearances for the Cottagers, mainly from the bench, and failed to score a single goal.

Chelsea had wanted £50million for Broja in the winter transfer window, but failed to find a suitor, instead loaning him to Fulham.

They have since drastically lowered their asking price to £30m – a drop of £20m.

Monaco are looking for a long-term successor to Wissam Ben Yedder, who is leaving this summer when his contract expires.

Everton, meanwhile, are desperate to bolster their firepower – especially with Dominic Calvert-Lewin linked to their Premier League rivals.

Wolves are in a similar situation and are keen to sign a striker this summer with Hwang Hee-chan and Matheus Cunha their current options up front.

There could be something of an exodus at Chelsea, particularly academy players, where Conor Gallagher, Ian Maatsen and Trevoh Chalobah have also been linked with exits.

Darren Ambrose calls Enzo Maresca’s style of football at Leicester City boring and warns Chelsea fans over him becoming their manager

Despite being a key player for the Blues this season, Gallagher has been tipped to leave as he enters the final year of his contract.

Maatsen spent the second half of the season on loan at Borussia Dortmund and proved a huge success, and there is a clause worth £35m in his deal that would see the move become permanent.

Chalobah, meanwhile, has been linked with Bayern Munich in the past, but could replace the outgoing Raphael Varane at Manchester United.

Chelsea are yet to confirm the successor to Mauricio Pochettino, who left the club by mutual consent last week.

Leicester boss Enzo Maresca is the favourite to take the job after Kieran McKenna snubbed the Blues to pen a new deal at Ipswich.
