Euro 2024 gets underway on Friday and while the likes of Gareth Southgate and co have had to submit their final squads, ITV and BBC have revealed who will lead their coverage of the tournament
The final countdown is on with Euro 2024 now just days away.
The tournament gets underway on Friday evening when hosts Germany take on Scotland in the opening match at Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena. Four weeks of competition will follow with 51 matches set to decide who is the best team in Europe.
With each match on free-to-air television in the United Kingdom there will be no shortage of football to watch as BBC and ITV compete for eyes in June and July. The broadcasters are set to line up with some of the biggest names in punditry and commentary.
With that said, Mirror Football takes a look at who each channel has put in place for the upcoming tournament.

Cesc Fàbregas – EURO 2008 and 2012 winner with Spain and current coach of Como.
Thomas Frank – Brentford head coach.

Eniola Aluko – Former Chelsea and Juventus striker and England centurion.
Graeme Souness – Ex-Liverpool player and manager.
Ange Postecoglou – Tottenham Hotspur head coach and former Australia boss.
Danny Röhl – Sheffield Wednesday manager.
Christina Unkel – Referee analyst who used to be a referee in the United States.
