Wings Global Travel enhances WingsOne platform

TMC Wings Global Travel is enhancing its WingsOne platform including new functionality to improve the traveller experience, reduce costs and make management easier.

UK-based Wings said that clients using its global services platform would benefit from WingsOne’s consistent interface and delivery model “wherever they are in the world”.

WingsOne’s services include online booking tools, mobile travel app, real-time alerts for traveller safety, traveller tracking, expense management, payments, analytics and support from the TMC’s consultants when needed.

The TMC said it was also improving the integration of its systems to give clients a wider choice of NDC airline content and access to cost-saving deals.

Chris Martin, Wings’ senior vice president of global business and product development, said: “WingsOne is all about maximising agility, convenience, efficiency and choice.

“We’re making the experience seamless whether clients want to access self-service tools, analyse spending trends or talk to one of our consultants to plan a complex trip or get advice on their travel programme.” 

Wings was ranked as the 18th largest TMC in the UK in the new Europe’s Leading TMCs 2024 report published this week. It was also the 12th largest TMC in the Nordic region.
