Leisure travel technology specialist Travel Compositor is targeting travel management companies by launching a new business travel platform.
The Spain-based company has unveiled a new service for TMCs, called TC 4 Business Travel, which includes specific modules and features designed to manage corporate travel, such as approval processes, expenses administration and the ability to implement travel policies and rules.
The firm has also reached an agreement to integrate Emburse Captio’s expense management service into the new platform, which gives travellers the ability to scan expenses with their smartphones.
Travel Compositor said that it was moving into the business travel arena following requests from clients which operate across both leisure and corporate travel sectors. The platform has been developed and adapted from its existing leisure travel portal Travel C.
Manuel Aragonés, founder and CEO of Travel Compositor, added: “We believe that there is a gap in the TMC market for a holistic solution that covers all aspects about travel and all about control rules and expenses during the trip, that is currently not served by existing solutions.”
Travel Compositor plans to launch TC 4 Business across the 60 countries where it already operates for clients with both leisure and business travel operations.
