Austria: TFE Hotels, the parent company of A by Adina, will debut the premium brand in Europe next year, located in Vienna.
A by Adina Vienna Danube will be developed by S+B Group and Soravia, with the hotel concept led by BWM Designers and Architects.
Situated in the residential tower DANUBFLATS, the aparthotel will offer more than 120 studios and apartments, each featuring a kitchen with a living and dining area.
Guests of the A by Adina in Vienna will have access to the wellness area on the fourth floor, which includes a fitness studio, a pilates and yoga room, two saunas with a relaxation room, a wellness bar and an infinity pool heated all year round. There is also an onsite restaurant and supermarket.

The Adina portfolio comprises 18 hotels in 14 major European cities. In July 2023, the first Adina Serviced Apartments also opened in Vienna.
