Fit to Flex arrives in Europe

Must read

The European Health and Fitness Association will be highlighting  Jukari Fit to Flex, a Cirque du Soleil inspired workout, at their 3rd European Fitness Forum on May 10-11 held at the University of Madrid in Spain. This professional event means new fitness trends will finally make it to gyms across Europe.

The Forum, previously held in the Czech Republic and The Netherlands, hosts fitness industry professionals in an effort to “professionalize” the industry. The good news for European fitness club members is that this event could lead to new workouts at your gym like bodybalance, bodycombat, Cirque du Soleil-inspired routines including Jukari Fit to Flex and classes geared towards seniors.

Fitness First, known as the world’s fitness club with locations in 15 countries, has introduced its Paris locations to Jukari Fit to Flex on May 3. Other locations are likely to follow this fitness trend created by Reebok and Cirque du Soleil in March in Montreal.

Jukari Fit to Flex is a follow-up to Jukari Fit to Fly or “next evolution” and is more gym user-friendly as there is no need for acrobatic bars to be hung from the ceiling. The workout includes “the light-weight, elastic JUKARI Band” designed to help with the movement “for a lengthening and sculpting full-body workout.” The moves accompanied by Cirque du Soleil music and colors looks like a more elegant, fluid core upright palates.
