MUNICH: The German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, has quoted foreign minister S Jaishankar’s viral ‘European mindset’ remark during the Munich Security Conference.
During the Munich Security Conference, Chancellor Scholz highlighted Jaishankar’s comment and acknowledged its validity. Scholz suggested that a change in mindset is necessary, emphasizing the importance of considering the interests and concerns of countries outside of Europe and North America as a prerequisite for joint action.
