It’s fair to say that Group E has been the best at Euro 2024.

We are in a position where all four teams could end on the same points, while wins for any side would see them qualify for the round of 16.

We are now starting to get some more information regarding Phil Foden’s temporary absence.

talkSPORT understands the Manchester City midfielder is set to fly home to be present for the birth of his third child.

Foden is expected to be back in Germany for Sunday when England will play their round of 16 game in Gelsenkirchen.

So, the urgent family matter is actually brilliant news for the Foden family!

Slovakia and Romania seek progress

After two games, you would imagine that Slovakia and Romania would have snapped your had off to have three points and stand a very good chance of progressing to the next round of Euro 2024.

They both won their opening games and now come head-to-head.

From Slovakia’s 2-1 defeat to Ukraine, they’ve made one change as David Strelec comes in for Robert Bozenik, who has offered nothing up front.

Meanwhile, Romania have brought Rangers winger Ianis Hagi into their starting XI.

Trossard back for Belgium

Attention now turns to the 5pm kick-offs at Euro 2024, and we have the team news for both games.

We’ll start with Belgium vs Ukraine.

For Belgium, Domenico Tedesco has made just one change from the 2-0 win over Romania.

Dodi Lukebakio is suspended after picking up two yellow cards and Leandro Trossard comes in for him.

Meanwhile, Ukraine welcome Vitaliy Mykolenko back into the side and Oleksandr Zinchenko is the man to miss out.

Their hero from the bench, Roman Yaremchuk also joins Artem Dovbyk up front.
