Norwegian Cruise Line’s New European Cruisetours for Global Travelers to Explore Lisbon, London, Rome, and Venice – Travel And Tour World

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), renowned for its innovation in global cruise travel over a 57-year history, has unveiled an expanded series of European Cruisetours. These pre-cruise programs, available in 11 ports through November 2025, combine selected sailings with multi-day immersive land explorations, enhancing the cruise holiday experience.

Newly added to NCL’s pre-cruise land programs is Lisbon, Portugal, joining other iconic cities such as Athens, Greece; Barcelona, Spain; Copenhagen, Denmark; Istanbul, Turkey; London, United Kingdom; Paris, France; Reykjavik, Iceland; Rome and Venice, Italy; and Tromso, Norway.

NCL’s Cruisetours offer guests a comprehensive travel experience, either before or after their cruise. These packages include the cruise, transfers, hotel stays, and guided tours, ensuring a seamless and fully planned holiday.

Recognized as Europe’s Leading Cruise Line* for 17 consecutive years, NCL boasts an extensive lineup across the Mediterranean, Greek Isles, and Northern Europe, with 12 departure ports and 14 award-winning ships, including Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva. Guests can also enjoy overnight stays in destinations like Istanbul, Turkey; Florence (Livorno), Italy; and Reykjavik, Iceland.

European Cruisetour Highlights:

Lisbon:
This four-day, three-night Explore Lisbon Cruisetour offers a choice of five ships with multiple departures through November 2025. Lisbon’s rich history and vibrant culture are showcased through this immersive program, which includes three nights of accommodation with breakfast, airport, hotel, and ship transfers, and guided tours of major attractions like the Belém quarter, the Monument of Discoveries, and the Manueline style Monastery of Jeronimos. This program can be paired with an 11-day Italy, France, and Spain voyage on Norwegian Viva, visiting multiple destinations including Lisbon, Gibraltar, Seville, and more.

London:
The four-day, three-night Tower of London and Garden of England Cruisetour provides a choice of seven ships with departures through October 2025. This program explores both London and the scenic county of Kent, featuring accommodation, transfers, and guided tours of attractions such as Stonehenge, Dover Castle, and the Tower of London, along with a Thames cruise. This 14-day Cruisetour is available on select Norwegian Prima voyages and combines with an 11-day Northern Europe adventure, visiting Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, and Iceland.

Rome:
The three-day, two-night Rome and Etruria Cruisetour offers a choice of seven ships with departures through November 2025. Guests can delve into Rome’s historic sites and culinary delights over two nights and three days, with highlights including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and a local wine tasting. This 13-day Cruisetour continues with a 10-day Mediterranean sailing on Norwegian Epic, visiting destinations like Santorini, Mykonos, Athens, and more.

Venice:
The four-day, three-night Venice Cruisetour, available with a choice of six ships through November 2025, takes guests through the heart of Venice, exploring its charming streets and iconic canals, including a gondola ride. This 14-day Cruisetour pairs with a 10-day Mediterranean cruise on Norwegian Breakaway, visiting ports in Italy, Croatia, Greece, France, and Spain.

Throughout NCL’s European collection, guests enjoy an average of 10 hours in port, with the option to explore independently or join one of NCL’s extensive shore excursions. Popular options include Beyond Blueprints, Gourmet Tours, and the Go Local range, offering a deeper exploration of each destination.
