Skytrax, an esteemed global air transport rating body, has once again honored Latvian carrier airBaltic by bestowing upon it the Best Airline in Eastern Europe 2024 title for the third straight year. In addition to this accolade, airBaltic also secured the Best Low-Cost Airline and Best Cabin Crew awards in the region. These recognitions were conferred at the prestigious World Airline Awards held in London, United Kingdom.

Since its inception in 1999, the World Airline Awards have been renowned for their independence and neutrality, aiming to conduct a comprehensive global customer satisfaction survey. Known as the Oscars of the aviation sector, these awards are determined through the world’s largest airline passenger satisfaction survey, with votes cast by travelers worldwide.
