The football fixtures continue across Europe and we have come up with three selections for Tuesday’s action.
There is an Austrian play-off, and the prize for the winner is a place in next season’s Europa Conference League.
We also consider games from the Swedish Allsvenskan and Superettan.

Bet of the Day
Austria Vienna to beat TSV Hartberg @ 23/20
Austria Vienna beat Hartberg 2-1 in the home leg of their Austrian Bundesliga Conference League Play-off and can complete the job away at the Profertil Arena.
The Violets have hit form, winning their last three games, all by 2-1 scorelines and two of them coming away from home.
While they lost at Hartberg in the league in September, that is their only defeat to Tuesday’s opponents in the last nine meetings.
Markus Schopp’s side also have a rotten home record, losing four of their last five and winning just five of 11 of their regular-season league games at the Profertil Arena.
The prospect of playing European football next season may bring out something extra in Hartberg but on current form, and on aggregate, Michael Wimmer’s side look a step ahead.
Special of the day
Malmo to win, over 3.5 goals and over 10.5 corners @ 15/4
Reigning champions Malmo sit top of the Allsvenskan and have a chance to get revenge on the only side to beat them so far in 2024, Elfsborg, whom they beat to the title on goal difference courtesy of a final-day 1-0 win over Eleganterna.
Di Blae have won five out of five at home in the league this year, so are worth backing and two of their last three victories on their own patch have been by 5-0 scorelines.
The reverse game was a 3-1 win for Elfsborg so over 3.5 goals is worth investing in for this bet builder and there could also be something to come from the corner markets.
Malmo average 6.4 corners a game, taking nine in their most recent 5-0 win over Kalmar. Elfsborg average 3.4, but there were 12 in the pair’s previous meeting and the hosts’ anticipated advantage could help push the numbers up.
Longshot of the day
Varberg to beat Degerfors @ 18/5
Finally to another Swedish fixture and Varberg could grab a second win on the bounce away at Degerfors.
After last year’s relegation from the Allsvenskan, Varberg sit 16th in the table and looked to be in bother before grabbing their first victory of the season on Thursday with a 2-1 victory over Oddevold.
They take on Degerfors, who have won their last two matches to move into the promotion reckoning but were winless in three before that and appear streaky.
Bruket were also relegated last term and might be vulnerable against a newly-confident side, who they have not beaten since 2019.
