Where to watch Euro 2024 matches in London, from screenings to sports pubs

It might only feel like five minutes ago that we were watching the Lionesses claim an historic victory in the Euro 2022 final at Wembley, but this summer all eyes are on Gareth’s boys as they head to Germany to battle it out for a chance to become the UEFA Euro 2024 winners.

The Three Lions’ attempt to go one better than their last European tournament got off to a solid – if slightly tepid – start with a 1-0 victory against Serbia and a 1-1 tie with Denmark. Next up they head to Cologne to face Slovenia in their final group game, kicking off at 8pm BST on Tuesday 25 June.

Whether you’re a die hard footie fan or just along for the ride, you’re going to want to know all the best spots in London to catch the matches. From screenings to sports pubs, these are the best places to watch Euro 2024 in London. 

Euro 2024 fan zones in London 

All three Boxpark locations will be screening live matches throughout the whole tournament. England games are expected to sell out fast – you can purchase tickets here

The Walthamstow brewery will be showing all the games on screens inside and outside. Plus, there will be pyrotechnics for big moments and even a live band for England matches. Book online here

Live sport screening experts 4theFans are hosting two vibey venues for the Euros in the recently refurbished Dalston Roofpark and Greenwich nightlife hotspot Studio 338. TOCA Social at the O2 is a full-on immersive football experience. The venue will be showing all the games in the bar area or in private rooms with space for up to 30 footy fans. And if the match gets a bit boring, you can have a go at their penalty shoot-out game. Find all the info online here

The SW11 music venue will have a 24ft HD cinema screen, six additional plasma screens and two screens on the balcony for all the England matches this tournament. Tickets are available online

The Southbank venue has a huge outdoor courtyard and a big ol’ screen to watch all the action on. They’ve also got a bunch of great street food options to munch on (if you can stomach food between all the inevitable drama) from the likes of Bang Bang Burger, Meat Head, La Cocinita and more. The Queen’s Walk, SE1; from £5.

You’ll be hard-pressed to find somewhere in London with more screens than Flat Iron Square, which boasts a massive 18 inside and out. When you’re not glued to one (or several) of them, expect fan zones full of fun, appearances from “notable sporting alumni”, street food aplenty and a dedicated tap room to keep your whistle wet enough for all the cheering you’ll be doing. The freshly reopened Market Halls Victoria is the perfect place to watch the footie from. It won’t be showing the games on the rooftop, but inside. Probably a safe bet considering the Great British weather. Reserve a place for the Euros here.

The Blues Kitchen in Camden, Shoreditch and Brixton

The Blues Kitchen’s Camden, Shoreditch and Brixton venues will be airing all of England’s matches this summer, from the group stages to (hopefully) the final. Southern-inspired treats will be on hand to keep you from biting your nails to ruins if things go to penalties.

At Bermondsey’s The Last Talisman, you can choose between communal viewings in the main part of the venue, or more intimate, private seshes in the private dining spaces. Whichever you choose, cheer on your chosen team with the Beer Bonanza Bucket, which offers 10 chilled beers for £50. Bookings advised.

The Cause’s brand new courtyard will play host as the venue turns the Euros from football tournament into full-blown festival. Its trademark spirit of unity and inclusivity will be at the forefront of the events, which will feature match screenings, food and drinks packages, pop-up merch stores and a music line-up that nods to footie culture over the years. All three Bounce locations – Shoreditch, Battersea and Farringdon – will be showing England’s games in this year’s tournament. Take advantage of the ping-pong purveyors’ special match package and enjoy unlimited pizza from kick-off til the final whistle, two drinks and a seat to watch from. Pay a visit to Market Place’s Vauxhall or Peckham branches for one of England’s matches or the Euro 2024 final, and you’ll be guaranteed to have your appetite satisfied, regardless of what happens on the pitch. A wealth of street food – from Duck Shed to Annapurna Spice – will be on offer, plus £5 pints of beer and cider. The Duke of Greenwich

The Duke of Greenwich’s beer garden has been transformed into a footie-watching haven just in time for the first whistle. A massive 3m-by-3m screen has been put up outside so you can tune into all the action in the fresh air, and with a delicious drink in hand.

This is certainly one of the classier settings to head for watching the football, but the swanky department store cinema is still promising plenty of atmosphere. The cocktail bar will be open and team members will be handing out hot dogs, nachos and snacks during half time at every game, in true stadium fashion, but with much, much comfier seats.

With plenty of screens and 11 different food vendors, this food hall tucked away in the arches by Vauxhall train station is a sure to be a lively place to watch the football this summer. There’ll be signature cocktails, craft beers and plenty of food to keep you fuelled for the sporting action.

Not only is this new Camden venue promising 2-4-1 cocktails between 5 and 9 pm, hot chicken wings, artisan pizza and DJ sets running into the early hours after each match, there are four super screens where you can enjoy the football, too.

Signature Brew at Blackhorse Road and Haggerston

The Walthamstow brewery has got three screens on the go for the football this year, two in their huge yard and one cinema-sized screen indoors. Paired with 40 beer taps across four different bars, football themed games and popular 7 Bone ‘Brittany’ food truck, this is a great option to watch the euros. Their Haggerston location is showing some matches, too.

This food court tucked away by London Bridge has table packages (for eight people) and VIP booths on offer in front of their massive screen for the Euros. Pints and pitchers are both on the menu, too. The big screen is only showing England games, or if you’re in a small group, you can head to the Courtyard Bar.

The south east London venue is showing all the England matches plus other fixtures across five 65-inch screens throughout the food hall and bar. For groups of six, seven or eight, there’s the option to pre-book a drinks package and have beers, cocktails or carafes waiting for you at kick-off.
